How do I sign up?

You can sign up to our Strava F&B Run Club Group to start contributing KM, and by filling out the form here, you will receive updates and event invites in the future.

 

Do I have to run in the group sessions? Can I run in my own time?

You can definitely run wherever, whenever, and with whomever. It is not a requirement to run in the group sessions.

How do you track the KM?

KM is recorded when participants finish a session on Strava. Make sure you’re in the F&B Run Club Group so your KM is included in the group accumulation. Our ecosystem relies on transparency and we expect our members to be operate n an honour system with their contribution.

 

Does treadmill or hiking count?

Both running on treadmill and hiking count as KM contribution, as long as it’s foot-on-the-ground action! Just make sure you choose Run as your sport when you start a new session (even if you’re hiking for group KM accumulation). 

Can I get a branded NIKE t-shirt?

You can absolutely get our F&B Run Club branded NIKE t-shirt, as soon as you’ve contributed your first KM! T-shirts are available for pick-up at our weekly group session. Sign up and check our calendar for details.

 

Can I join and contribute KM outside of Hong Kong?

Short answer: Yes. You can join and contribute KM anywhere as long as you’re part of the Hong Kong F&B ecosystem.
